3 Minutes Italian Bread! (English-Japanese) 3分でイタリアの田舎パン Recipe!
Ingredients (材料):
– flour (小麦粉): 2kg
– warm water (温水): 1L
– brewer’s yeast (イースト): 25g
– sugar (砂糖): 10g
– salt (塩): 10g
– one egg (卵1個)
*N.B: In this recipe the sugar is add to encourage the fermentation process. Adding salt it’s optional but it enhance the flavor of the bread.
You can use any type of flour. In this video I mixed all-purpose flour (1 kg) with wholemeal flour (1 kg).
With the same bread dough you can prepare also many other italian recipes like pizza! 🍕
