This is a quickest & simplest type of gravy you can make with chicken yet super flavorful and delicious. The flavor of minced garlic & tossed capsicum brings an additional taste to this recipe.
Chicken in creamy sauce and I named it as Italian white chicken as it is a replication of Alfredo white sauce but served as a gravy which goes well with simple Arabic bread / Pita bread tossed in butter and also can be served with plain pasta, any kinds of bread or jus with simple steamed rice .

Ingredients for marination:
Chicken breast – 500gms ( small pieces )
Pepper pwdr – 1/2 tsp ( freshly powdered )
Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tsp
Salt – as per your taste
Ingredients for gravy:
Marinated chicken
Milk – 2 cups
Cream cheese – 3cubes
Fresh / thick cream – 125gms ( small pckt )
Garlic – 1tbsp ( finely chopped)
Onion – 1 small ( cubes )
Capsicum – 1/4 cup cubes of each color yellow, red & green ( If only green 1 cup )
Butter – 5tbsp
Pepper pwdr – 1/2 tsp ( freshly powdered )
