He also learns the secrets of Master Pizzaiolo Mattia’s art of pizza crafting, and Chef/Owner Manuel’s use of high quality ingredients to create the perfect pizza dough and pizza toppings that result in the utterly orgasmic final product. Finally we receive a little history lesson of Padua and the Veneto region- how certain areas were tricked into eating cats, and some of the ancient secrets of what lies beneath the surface of this amazing area, while Manuel calls out the “big guns” to end our night with honey-laced grappa served with an ecstasy-inducing dessert enjoyed with good friends and great conversation.
