Kinder paradise cake🍰 or Torta kinder paradiso is a well known Italian soft mini sponge cake that is sold in supermarkets..Because I love it I had to find a way to make it at home so here it is.. I used a 20 by 23 baking pan
Ingredients
90g All purpose flour
70g Corn starch
100g Melted butter
20ml Milk
120g Sugar
3 Eggs
1,1/2 Tsp baking powder
Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla/ 1 Sachet of Vanillina
1/2 Tbs lemon 🍋 zest
Icing sugar for decorating
Cream Ingredients
100g Mascarpone “cold”
70g Fresh heavy cream “cold”
40g Condensed milk “cold “ i used homemade recipe 👉🏼
