    Well congrats, because you did indeed make a pan pizza! Now you should take notes: the recipe, steps taken, time spent on proofing, etc. Then you can either start tweaking your process or you can post it here and ask the sub what you should do on the next pie. Best of luck!!! ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ‘
