Samsung electric oven. Ran it at 550 for 5 minutes. Last minute Swapped to rack to broil top without burning bottom. Thoughts?
My girlfriend doesnt like the top charred she prefers the raw looking crust or I would’ve broiled a little longer on the paler sides.
