    Recipe: Gimme Delicious

    2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 oz cream cheese (2 tablespoons)
1 cup almond flour
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
    1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

    Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

    Step 2: Put mozzarella and cream cheese into a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. I used an oven which took a bit longer. 

    Step 3: Take out of microwave and add in egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Mix until well incorporated.

    Step 4: put dough onto parchment paper and flatten using a rolling pin or another piece of parchment paper to about ¼’’ thick (according to the recipe). I just used my hands. Shape the dough if needed.

    Step 5: put pizza onto baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes

    Step 6: take out of oven and add your toppings

    Step 7: Bake for another 5-8 minutes
