Ingredients:
-1 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt (240g)
-1.5 Cups Self Rising Flour (180g)
-2 Tsp Salt
-2 Cups Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese (224g)
-24 Slices of Turkey Pepperoni
-12 Tbsp Pizza Sauce (180g)
-2 Tbsp Hot Honey

Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F and grease muffin tin.
2.) Mix yogurt, flour, and salt; divide into 12 and press into tin.
3.) Bake 10 min, top with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
4.) Bake 8–10 min more until golden; drizzle hot honey.

  2. Man, Jack, I don’t know what rock I’ve been living under, but your suggestion for turkey pepperoni is awesome. It tastes almost exactly like full fat pepperoni, but so much less fat and calories. Thanks man!

  4. Those look yummy and so many ways to adjust. I'd use either almond flour or sprouted whole wheat flour. I love these yummy easy ideas
