Toll, was Jade und Nicolas daraus gemacht haben ! Der vorher-nachher Vergleich sagt alles ! Über 5 m hohe Decken ergeben auch ein ganz anderes Raumgefühl. Aber die Wohnung war bestimmt auch unrenoviert schon ziemlich teuer …… 🤔

Stylish as well as practical space! I like it very much, even though green and pink are my least favourite colours. The black and white kitchen is wonderful.

I'm not a real fan of marble like everyone else seems to be, but that is a gorgeous marble pattern. I really love how dramatic it looks. They have wonderful taste. I would love that heart pillow!
C'est vraiment joli! J'aime les couleurs rose pâle et vert, ainsi que les couleurs des carreaux dans les salles de bain. Le marbre turc est exquis!
Il était judicieux de placer la fenêtre vitrée dans la mezzanine.
Les grandes fenêtres sont spectaculaires. Cependant, pour les canicules d'été, je peut imaginer que des stores automatisés pourraient être utile, tant pour le confort que pour économiser de l'énergie.
Avec les surfaces dures et les haute plafonds, j'ai eu un peu de difficulté à comprendre Nicolas. Avec Jade, c'était plus façile.
Nicolas et Jade ont de la chance de vivre dans un si joli appart!

It's a beautiful place. But when I saw renovation photo, I would actually prefer darker walls than boring white ones. It's high place lot of big windows, it would have enough light even with darker walls. But you can't argue about taste.😅

Beautiful space! The high ceilings, those windows, natural light and SIZE are lovely. Not so crazy about that marble kitchen island, although the marble looks good on the counter and backsplash. I can imagine it decorated differently.

Non alla portata di tutti sicuramente.. presumo sia di loro proprieta',avendo apportato modifiche importanti e mobili su misura. molto armoniosa e gradevole. ma per i miei gusti risulta poco CALDA . Soprattutto il piano marmorizzato lo trovo molto freddo. io adoro qualche pezzo vintage nel mio appartamento..per renderlo piu' intimo e caratteristico. ma nel complesso carino

I find it unusual they spared no expense for the remodel but said it was too expensive for curtains? Maybe they like being seen 24/7?
Ils sont adorables !! L'appartement respire la sérénité, mur très blanc et mais mobilier coloré, avec des pièces bien choisies, pastel ou pep's. J'adore. Merci pour la visite 🙂
Beautiful space but a larger rug would be terrific,or at least put the front feet of the furniture on the rug. It would make the space cozier.

Wow this is very high spec – absolutely beautiful & well though out apartment – & if your budget allows why not have the things around you that bring you comfort & joy –
Jade & Nicolas's choice of furnishings are spot on & very elegant – both bathrooms appeal to me very much despite their very different style/ colour palettes –
The open space downstairs is refreshing & adds such flow & furniture placement options – it really is a treasured space to behold –
I like the fact the mezzanine has the option to be closed off from downstairs, indeed it will help with reduction of noise transference & cooking smells – but it also has windows that open to the ground floor that allow great flow of air & makes it feel not too closed in –
The huge windows are simply awesome & such a feature of the apartment – great to see they are replicated in the art work on the wall –
David another fabulous vlog & good to see something of a very different style, budget & size to give comparison –

Very feminine-coded apt with all the pink and gold. I love all the sunlight – key for winters – and the architecture but I'd have preferred to see the living room color scheme in the bedroom. The bedroom seems… not even depressing but just thoughtless and too bold for going to sleep. As if they put all their effort and budget into the living area then bought a random bedspread for the bedroom and call it a day, lol. The view – impeccable.
Ne manque plus qu'à investir sur des Rideaux en lin …
