I love all recipes, easy and difficult but I wish you guys posting recipes would also link a written recipe at the end of the videos that we could print off to save with ingredients and amounts and instructions, that would really help us to save them. We could fill a notebook because I have a hole punch and a printer and we could assemble our own you tube cookbooks.

You don’t say cut the meat into strips then cut into pieces. Just say cut the meat into cubes or squares. Short and to the point.
