Italian chef Paolo Griffa is one of Europe’s most exciting culinary voices, known for his imaginative and technically precise approach to modern cuisine. Born in Piedmont, a region celebrated for its rich food culture and traditions, he trained in some of the world’s leading kitchens including “Combal Zero,” “Piccolo Lago,” “Le Chateaubriand,” “Septime,” and “Serge Vieira.” He gained early international recognition after winning the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Award for Italy in 2015.
