  1. The link to the recipe for tomato sauce at Allrecipes is not the same recipe as the one done in this video. The linked recipe calls for fresh tomatoes. This video calls for canned.

  4. corporate trainer for outback steakhouse for 8 years so i know how to make every single sauce from scratch scale up and down.. they change the recipe cards every few months for idiots.. but the ratio is simple.

  5. Have you ever tried "layering" when you make a marinara?

    I can't remember where I got this, but…
    Sauté onion and garlic like usual. Add your paste, and cook down, stirring frequently. Then add red wine, and reduce. Then add your tomatoes, and herbs.
    Fabulous.
    Also the perfect base for vodka sauce. Add cream and vodka.

  6. I'd love it if you had any dupes for Chick-fil-A sauces. I see where Costco has started carrying them for $8.59 for three bottles. I bet you could beat that price to pieces!! Thank you for all of your great recipes. I love to see someone "enjoy" food as much as I do instead of just shoveling something in their mouths.

  12. Can we make these without the nasty Worcestershire sauce? That stuff ruins everything in touches imho. Also, the Kwik Trip garlic parmesan wing sauce. How do I make a copycat version of that delicious sauce? The only jarred I can find is Buffalo Wild Wings and I am not a fan. Thank you!
