    1. Oil
    2. Chopped garlic
    3. Chopped onion
    4. Finely chopped broccoli
    5. Beans (chopped)
    6. Capsicum (chopped)
    7. Boiled sweet corn
    8. Oregano
    9. Chilli flakes
    10. Salt
    11. Steamed rice

    Steps:

    1. Take a pan and add oil. Once the oil heats up, add chopped garlic and onion.
    2. Sauté well until the onion turns slightly golden. Then add broccoli, beans, and capsicum. Cook the vegetables properly.
    3. Add boiled sweet corn and mix everything well.
    4. Add oregano and chilli flakes, and mix again.
    5. Add steamed rice and salt as per taste.
    6. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. Your Italian herb rice is ready.
    7. Serve hot with raita.
