First success at home! Onwards!

After months of obsessing and putting it off, my new Gozney Arc XL showed up last week. Last week's attempt ended with a smoldering mess in the oven, and the follow up was raw dough. This was a much better success, with definite room for improvement.

Thanks for the motivation, pizza lovers. This sub was a big catalyst for my headlong dive. I'll keep sharing some successes along the way!
