  1. Maybe you should rename the channel to the Pizza Channel. More than half of the last 20 or so videos have been pizza related. I love the channel but there is more to baking than an open baked cheese sandwich.

  2. This was GREAT! A fan of King Arthur and really love Paulie Gee's. Was a semi-regular at one point but haven't been since the pandemic, and never went to the slice shop, or the original spot since the remodel and changeover from wood to not wood (gas? electric?)…I see on the website that the original still isn't back open. Must make up for lost time and get back. SO GOOD!!! And Mr. Gee is a character and a sweetheart. ❤☮🌎

  3. This was interesting. I'm so sad that I probably will never make it to New York for pizza BUT guess what was delivered today? Yep, The Book Of PIZZA! Can't wait to make ALL the pizzas😋🤗🍕🍕🍕

  4. Did he say which kind of King Arthur flour he uses? The professional line, I know, but the one that more closely corresponds to bread flour or AP?

  5. This is the first KA video I've seen where there was no baking involved. But that's okay. I love anything pizza-related.

  6. Just got my Book of Pizza from King Arthur. Loving it so far because there are so many choices of recipes to make.
