🍝 Creamy Turkey & Mushroom Tortellini Bake

Recipe 👇🏼 serves 4:
Ingredients
500g tortellini
500g Turkey Mince
100g Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Brown Onion, Diced
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Mixed herbs
2tbsp Tomato puree
500g Passata
300ml Chicken stock
60g Spinach
150g Cream cheese
80g Grated cheddar
Method
Bring a pot to a medium heat and then add in the turkey mince, cook for a few minutes.
Add in the onions and mushrooms, stir and cook until the turkey is cooked and the veggies have softened.
Add in the seasonings and tomato puree and combine.
Pour in the passata and stock, mix and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in the spinach, tortellini and cream cheese and combine, allow to cook for 8-10minutes.
Lower the heat and sprinkle on the grated cheese, pop the lid on to melt and that’s it! Enjoy
