My issue with short rib is the price. I had thought as a lesser cut in theory it would be good value. But oh my did I get a shock on that when I went to buy. I reckon you can make just as good a lasagna with cheek

I'm from Sicily and I can assure you we use dark chocolate in ragù too, but it has no flavour bc it's covered by every other ingredient 😂
