Make it at home using a chuck or ribeye steak, saute peppers, provolone. Nice roll or sub roll. Im a chef and a medic but jerrsey mikes is better. Sorry to the boys in the firehouse. Velveeta is very easy for cheese sauce. I work at a Hungarian restaurant as a chef. Make beer/cheese sauce everyday for pretzels and steak sandwiches. I'm gonna send you some recipes❤
Only have Subway in my little town. I've never tried this or many other places because I want something fancier if I'm driving that far to get somewhere that has them.

Philly cheese steaks are steak sandwiches. Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's and Subway are deli sandwiches. Deli sandwiches and steak sandwiches are not the same.

Firehouse subs are some of the worst sandwiches you can get.They're gross ate there once never came back

I have 2 favorites at Firehouse. 1. New York steamer, which is pastrami and swiss 2. Smokehouse cheddar

Firehouse has award winning bread, and has quality ingredients in their meats as well. They use a deli mustard.

You're allowed to like what you like but firehouse is superior to jersey mikes.
