NEW Piada Italian Street Food Grand Opening in Schertz TX
Piada is basically the Italian version of Chipotle, with fresh pasta, hand-rolled piadas, salads, and more all made fresh to order right in front of you.
We tried the pepperoni piada and it tasted like a pizza 🍕PLUS the Keith Lee-style carbonara pasta with hot crispy chicken (and I added extra sauce), which was so creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. The burrata marinara with steak was another must order, especially with that fresh pasta.
But the cannoli chips really got me 🥹❤️ because they instantly reminded me of my grandpa. He loved classic Italian desserts, so that sweet creamy filling with the crispy chips took me right back.
Now I can totally see why everyone’s been talking about this place.
