  4. Great to see this professional collaboration, room for criticism, adjustment. To this Englishman, the front of house presentation seems a little OTT, distracting from simple unselfconscious enjoyment, I think we might tone it down a bit, but I guess it’s not so uncomfortable in the US, which seems to prefer everything out loud. (A bit like travelling … you don’t want to let the photo get in the way of the experience)

  5. The more I see this restaurant the more like they look after the staff and how they interact with each other. A nice place to work definitely comes over with the customers as well .

  7. Dude, this would be such a cool ass job. Especially if your passion is in wine and winemaking, you just get to let others enjoy your selections you make for them at their tables and when you have to pair the wine with the meal of the night you get to eat really good food and drink really good wine. You’d have to have a taste for it though and know what goes with what and I don’t know if I’d be good for that, but this seems like an awesome job.
