That's basically how soft pretzels are made
How much water did you use?
Do you use cheddar smokies?? 🎉 they the best….IMO
And, how much baking soda?
Baking soda is known as a leavening agent. So that’s what causes a fluffier crust.
Makes it crispy like wings lol
You should really try to paste with sheets.
Like boiling bagels I guess?
I’m going to try that!❤
I must say I would never have guessed water. Nice job 👍🏼
Yum 😋
Been making these for years and used to make with my mom as a child. I’ve never seen this before.
Never heard of such, I’ll try it though

Baking soda huh first time I've ever heard that.😊
Never done that before. Awesome thanks.
Amen Yummy
The hot water activated the yeast to make the dough rise. When cooking fresh yeast is mixed with warm water.
Freeze dough roll for 5 or 10 minutes before opening. Preheat cast iron with butter. Once oven reaches temperature quickly place dough in skillet return to oven. Makes them fluffy.
The baking soda ones help coat the dough & help rise higher in the oven as opposed to the plain ones..learned that from PAUL HOLLYWOOD ON GREAT BRITISH BAKING SHOW
Your seasoning LOL❤
Yummm 😋
What is the garlic oil? I also saw outlaws butter steak and it is contaminated with soybean oil- nobody wants that or needs that – use something safe and natural
The baking soda reaction makes the dough similar to the way bagels are made
The baking soda will make a pretzel taste
More garlic ❤
Pretzel texture
I want one of those shirts.
It changes the PH
Water?
😋 😋 😋😋 😋 😋😋 😋 😋
You are cute🎉🎉❤❤
The baking soda adds alkali to the dough. It gives the outside the crunch with the chewy to the center and a pretzel like taste.
Future tip, get the crescent roll sheets next time. Still crescent rolls but in a rectangular sheet that you can cut up however you need to. Just used some myself the other night to make crescent BBQ pull pork hot pockets with the leftover pulled pork
Delicious ‼️ 😋
Ty . 😊
That's exactly how I make mine just without the seasoning, I'll have to try that
That like s bagel or s pretzel
