  1. YESSSS!!! Love this perspective! I was blown away in Italy when ordering food it would have like 3 ingredients (on the pizza, in the pasta etc) and it was MIND BLOWING!!!

    They do use the freshest of ingredients but no fluff, just gorgeous dishes made with those ingredients ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡นโค

  2. I don't know why 99% of Americans pronounce "prosciutto" this way. I mean: why that "j" sound? I would understand if the word had a sound that doesn't exist in English, but that is a sound that does exist in English. It's pronouced "sh", just like in "shoot". So, it's simply "pro-shoot-toh", not "pro-joot".
