Kali ini kita akan bikin kue dari apel, namanya “Torta di mele”. Ini beda dengan apple pie karena menggunakan adonan cake & tidak memakai pie crust. Super gampang dibuat & enak banget untuk jadi sarapan/temen ngopi/ngeteh.

BAHAN TORTA DI MELE:
-Apel | 700g (3-4 apel)
-Telur | 3
-Mentega | 70g
-Tepung terigu | 300g
-Gula pasir | 150g
-Susu sapi (tanpa perisa) | 1 gelas
-Lemon | 1
-Baking powder | 16g
-Garam | Secukupnya
Boleh di skip:
-Kayu manis | Secukupnya
-Gula halus | Secukupnya

In this video I’m going to show you how to make an apple cake, or as it’s called in Italian “Torta di mele”. Sometimes people would translate it into apple pie, but to me it’s more of a cake considering that it uses cake batter instead of pie crusts. This is a very simple & easy recipe to make, and it’s super delicious to have as breakfast or to eat while you drink tea/coffee.

-Apples | 700g (3-4 apples)
-Eggs | 3
-Butter | 70g
-All purpose flour | 300g
-Sugar | 150g
-Milk | 1 gelas
-Lemon | 1
-Baking powder | 16g
-Salt | To taste
Optional:
-Cinnamon powder | To taste
-Powdered sugar | To taste
