Yeah, heartburn is less when you eat it that way because you’re cooking all the grease is out of it. I’ve been putting my salami in the microwave eating it hot ever since I can remember. It’s the only way you must long sandwiches, hot salami, but I like crisp them up till they’re like almost burnt. It’s delicious. Put a little provolone and you’re good.
