Hugo Spritz 🍃✨ (fresh, light, effortless)
• 40 ml St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
• 120 ml Prosecco (La Marca works well)
• 40–60 ml sparkling water (or soda)
• Ice
• Fresh mint
• Lime slice (optional, but improves acidity)
Build directly in a wine glass:
Ice → St-Germain → Prosecco → sparkling water → gently stir.
Finish with mint + lime.
Don’t overdo sparkling water — too much will flatten the drink. The structure should stay wine-forward with a floral top note, not taste like flavored soda.
