This is too raw for me. I would bake the beef fillet a big longer.
Disgusting uncooked meat in the middle with outside seasoned. Unhealthy and difficult to break down no matter how much salicylic acid is used. Wealthy people misinterpreting what fine dining should be by exclusivity and bullshit decor.
