I have been making this pasta for a few years now-it is the recreation of the off menu Hernan pasta at Horses restaurant in LA. There is no official recipe online. It has Nduja sausage, diced onion, minced garlic, vodka, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, heavy cream, butter, Calabrian chili peppers in oil. I cook the noodles while the sauce is simmering and after the noodles are cooked I add them to the sauce and put them on a sheet pan-then adding seasoned breadcrumbs and freshly shaved Parmesan
It is one of my favorite things to make for the people I love in my life
