Beer bread:
flour 2 cups
light beer 1 cup
dried yeast 1 tsp
honey 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
olive oil 2 oz
Mix 2 oz of flour, yeast and beer. Let it rest for 20 min. Add the rest of the flour and olive oil. Bake for 20 min at 400 °F.
Burger:
Beer bread as a bun
Sweet and sour sauce
hot mustard
olive oil
sauerkraut
red onions
scallions
pickles
smoked sausages
cheese
Grill the sausages. To make the salad cut the onion, scallions, sauerkraut and mix them together, dress with olive oil. Cut the bun in half. Cover one part with sauce, mustard, salad, pickles, sausages and cheese. Top the burger with the other half of the bun. Stick a skewer to hold everything together.
France.
Brioche bun:
flour 3 cups
eggs 2 pcs
yeast 2 tbsp
butter 3.5 oz
milk 3.5 oz
sugar 4 tsp
salt ½ tsp
beef tenderloin 12 oz
garlic 2 cloves
cream 3.5 oz
mushrooms 2 oz
brie cheese 2.5 oz
soy sauce 2 oz
french mustard 1.5 oz
rosemary
salad mix
red wine 3 oz
Warm the milk (100 °F), add the sugar, yeast. Then add the flour and butter. Mix everything together. Form little balls around 1 oz each. Cover with eggs and milk, bake for 10 min at 400 °F.
To make the sauce fry the mushrooms with butter, garlic and rosemary. Add cream, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut a piece of beef tenderloin (2 oz), rope it around with scallion and fry it with butter, garlic and rosemary. Wait for a golden crust to add wine and braise for a few minutes.
Cover the bun with mushroom sauce, add salad, meat and cheese.
Japan.
Rice flour bun:
warm water 5 oz
sugar 1 tbsp
yeast 1 tbsp
rice 7 oz
olive oil 1.5 oz
Mix sieved flour, oil and bread starter. Knead the dough. Form a bun, cover with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 min at 325 °F.
Salmon patty:
salmon 12 oz
salt to taste
Mince the fish, form a patty, fry, salt to taste.
Pickled ginger:
ginger 3.5 oz
marinade 3.5 oz
wasabi

Bun:
flour 2 cups
milk 10 oz
sugar 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
dried yeast 1 12 tbsp
Patty:
minced meat 2.2 lbs
eggs 2 pcs
flour 3 oz
dried garlic 2 tbsp
salt, pepper to taste
Filler:
zucchini
red onion
taleggio and fontina 3.5 oz each
cherry tomatoes
chili pepper
salami
tomato sauce
salad
greens
yogurt sauce
Mix milk, flour and yeast and let it rest. Form a bun, bake for 30 min at 400 °F. Mix eggs, spices, flour and minced meat. Form patties and fry them in a pan. Slice zucchini and red onion, add salt, white vinegar to taste and marinade for 30 min.
Cut the bun in half, cover the halves with tomato sauce. Then add salami, salad, cheese, patties, yogurt, more cheese, veggies and put everything together.
