Monte’s Zuppa Tuscano Recipe:
1 lb bacon
2 lbs ground Italian sausage (if your choice )
2-3 bunch of kale
2 lb russet potato’s
1 large yellow or white onion
3 large cloves garlic
1 pint or 2 cups heavy cream
Ground Pepper (to taste)
6 cups or 1 1/2 quarts chicken broth
