Ingredients for cooking:
14 oz (450 g) ground meat.
1 chicken egg.

5.3 oz (150 g) mozzarella cheese.
3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
5 fresh mint leaves.
Vegetable oil.
Butter.
Salt.
Ground black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon hot chili pepper.

Sauce:
3 cloves garlic.
1 hot chili pepper.
14 oz (400 g) tomatoes in their own juice.
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
1 tablespoon dried basil.
Parsley.

Garnish:
Salt.
Olive oil.
Spaghetti.
Butter.

  5. La pasta attacca quando c'ĆØ poca acqua, metti molta acqua e mescola un po' la pasta appena la metti nell'acqua che bolle e non si attaccherĆ . Troppa cipolla, troppo aglio, il burro non serve. Solo olio Evo e senza esagerare. Probabilmente le tue polpette saranno buone, ma come hai detto : ĆØ una tua interpretazione delle polpette, noi italiani non compriamo mai il sapore naturale dei cibi con grandi quantitĆ  di cipolla, aglio, burro, aromi. La nostra cucina ĆØ sempre molto leggera ed equilibrata. šŸ‘‹
