I adjusted Ooni’s recipe for 2 8×10 pizzas. 480g bread flour 356g water 4g instant yeast 14g fine sea salt Thanks to Jimmy B’s Pizza KC for the pizza pan!
No worries it's not "burnt" in those spots. Most likely it nice crusty caramelized cheese that melted to the edge, very delicious. Or possibly a nice char, again not burnt, given the color. Next time take a bite from that spot instead of probably eating around it, it's delicious 😋 but yeah, that came out pretty perfect 👌
No need to remove the casing unless it’s plastic or something, if it’s just a normal casing your good and so t even worry about out it. Good job for your first try.

Needs Wisconsin brick cheese
Okay but we know you're friends with Jon, so who has the best pizza in Detroit? 👀
Cleans the oven for a nice camera shot.
Shows the before image anyway.
Love you!
Lionfield: 🤨
The little but burnt parts really makes it a deep dish just my thought❤
Your pizza looks so good I wish I was over there having some
Which jarred pizza sauce did you use? The sauce is the best part of the pizza for me so I'd have to make 3 lines one way and 3 lines across 😂
Lisa: I may have done this one thing slightly off
Me & everyone else: teach me your secrets, oh pizza wizard
Detroit style is the best omg!!
no neighbors are more blessed than lisa’s ❤🙏🍕
Detroit style is best with "burnt" spots. 😊
Lisa you are the best

I’m from Detroit and this looks the part!
Absolutely beautiful! Dazzling is an understatement. The pizza look good too, all you're missing is some pecorino.

I do butter on bottom of mine with oil
the slight burn is the good part

Also if you can find Wisconsin brick cheese online use that over mozzarella, it’s definitely a sharper cheese but overall tastes a lot better.
What happen to her face?
Well done!
I need a piece of that😅
Yummy 👍 😋
Next time try making the sauce on the stove top and then putting it on the pizza when it comes out of the oven.
You do not need to remove the casing. It looks spectacular, well done 👏
What kind of mixer is that?
