    Ingredients:
    -Butter
    -Sugar
    -Vanilla sugar
    -Ricotta
    -Eggs
    -Lemon (juice and zest)
    -Baking soda
    -Salt
    -Flour
    -Powdered sugar (or shredded coconut) for dusting

    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–50 minutes or until the cake sets and a toothpick comes out clean. You can use the grill function near the end to get that golden crust on top but watch it closely so it doesn’t burn!
