โข ยฝ cup freshly grated Parmesan
โข 8โ10 oz chickpea pasta
โข ยฝโยพ cup reserved pasta water
โข Black pepper (optional)
โข Fresh herbs (optional)

1๏ธโฃ Caramelize (Foundation of Flavor)
Cook onions low + slow in oil/butter
25โ30 min until jammy + golden.
This builds natural sweetness โ no sugar needed.
2๏ธโฃ Bloom the Spice
Add garlic + Dust & Bloom
Stir 30 seconds until fragrant.
3๏ธโฃ Make It Creamy
Add coconut milk + Parmesan
Whisk gently.
Add pasta water until silky.

Add cooked chickpea pasta
