  1. Beautiful! And what a lovely church with a market close by! I just wish to be able to have seen the other sides of the house from the outside, and the funny little stone building by the gate! And the top of the stair! 👍🐈

  2. This is a great house. I wish the realtor had taken better pics from the outdoor patio upstairs. That view might be fantastic of the mountains if the trees were a bit trimmed. Glad to see you are doing well with your new format. 🌺🌸

  3. I love the local area and facilities. Like you say renovation the bathroom. I would turn the downstairs living area in to the second bedroom below the master bedroom. The reception room in to dining area and the upstairs second bedroom in to the in door out door living area with the terrace. Thanks!!!

  4. I grew up in a house with built in closets so the question of where to put your clothing was a problem only once I moved out on my own and into small apartments but it really became a new kind of problem once I moved to Italy. Those traditional armadi are so huge and dark and ornate that I could never accept them as a solution. I suppose now people either like them or opt for more modern models. I opted instead for open shelves and clothes racks everywhere. I can’t stand cabinets and wardrobes, except for one small one in the bathroom and a kind of small locker I use as a nightstand in one of my bedrooms, and then a larger locker in a hallway for storing cleaning supplies. Some modern cabinets I see can be nice, especially if they have glass fronts, but I have never seen a modern wardrobe that I liked.
