Ingredients :
•6-8 cloves of garlic
•1/4th cup pinenuts
•1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
•1 cup basil leaves without stem
•1/4th cup Parmesan cheese
•1cup pasta water
Method:
1. Peel the garlic cloves and grind them in a mortar.
2. Add basil leaves and grind until well combined.
3. Add pine nuts and grind again.
4. Meanwhile, boil the pasta and keep it aside.
5. Mix olive oil into the pesto.
6. Add the prepared pesto to the cooked pasta and mix well.
7. Pour in pasta water little by little and toss until well coated.
