Chef’s Dinner



Chef’s have their own repertoire of custom favorites, which is where this recipe falls. It’s delicious, quick and uses pantry staples. At the end of a shift it not only hits the spot, it lights a fire.
Adjust the ingredient quantities to your liking but below is an approximation of the quantities.

200g spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot diced
1 tbsp chili crisp oil
1 tbsp chili crisp
4 cloves of garlic diced
4 tbsp of cream cheese
1 cup of pasta water
1 tbsp of smokey paprika
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup of grated parmesan
Add more cream cheese to taste
