For the pastry:
-300 grams/ 10 oz flour
– 2 eggs
-110 grams / 3.7 oz butter
-100 gram/ 3.05 oz sugar
-one tea spoon lemon extract
For the custard
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoon flour
500 ml/ 17 oz milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract
