  1. I keep macaroni on deck. I make sure I never rin out, lol. Its $1 at Walmart. I get some whenever I shop. You can always throw pasta in a dish to make it a meal

  2. You basically made a bechamel sauce and added cheese. Sounds good, but I use milk not cream and definitely add some nutmeg to the sauce.

  3. It's just a regular week, why would the macaroni disappear?

Moreover, cavepetelli or however it's spelt is an acceptable substitute

  4. So yall gone just skip pass the large amount of salt that was put in that pasta water 😮😒🤦🏾‍♀️ other than that I can get behind the recipe but I know them noodles salty as heck!!!

  5. This is when I like living in a tiny rural area, a lot of people here have never heard of her or the drama with the Mac 😂 I never have to worry about it selling out

  6. I really want to try making this but i hate heavy cream in pasta it just makes it so heavy and i cant eat more than three bites of it

  7. Low heat is key when adding cheese! 👏

Lots of people just like to cook hot and fast, which is fine for stir frying, chilli dishes etc., but cheese will curdle and go rubbery if you add it to a high heat.

You can turn the heat up again if you reeeeally want to, but only when the cheese is fully integrated.

  8. She didn’t cover it with enough cheese. That was too saucy but some of us love saucy macaroni as opposed to the original baked macaroni.

  9. Does the pasta get soggy when baked? I've been wondering that every time I see Americans make their mac n cheese

  10. It has to be Dijon mustard, I know that’s what you put, but you only said mustard and some people might not know there’s different kinds.

  11. I make meatballs every 2-3 weeks to have & freeze.. you can toss a couple @ a time "in" to your sauce, (red sauce & or cheese sauces & smash w/ a potato masher for great tasting meatsauce to "Amp it up"!! Great eats @to have on hand especially in the cold "cold" months!! ❤..makes a terrific "homemade" hamburger & or a ground turkey "hamburger helper"!! Yummmy…👍🫡🎄🎄🥳😍💯.. easy breezy meatballs too!! Delicious!

  12. I actually really appreciate this. I always feel so guilty when I make it bc so much is left over and it ends up going bad
