Today we’re trying some of the most exclusive Australian steaks and steakhouses in Sydney, Australia! And as a bonus we’ll also try the highest rated burger in Australia – rated #9 in the entire world at The Gidley.
Both of these steakhouses are very unique in Sydney, and both of them are located underground in basements and so you feel pretty exclusive when you eat there… but how is the food?

Depends in what state you live in for the same food or stakes it's 3 times the price, when I see how much those Sydney people pay for food makes me cry in envy.

Please, try to find another word than "wow" to express your delight with the food you sample. It doesn't become a sophisticated gourmand like you.
Not the best burger! Why? Too raw, very cheap cheese and the bacon is very fatty, plus a very cheap sweet bun. Your meat is too raw and very high in bacteria! You’ve been ripped off! That’s unhealthy, makes you sick, including being cooked in toxic smoke.
It's difficult to tell what tastes average vs amazing in your video's because you have the same facial expression for a piece of bread as you do for a $200 steak.
