Shopping list ✍️
– 4 Chicken breasts (600g)
– 10g Olive Oil
– 1/2 Onion
– salt
– pepper
– Italian seasoning
– 200g Sun dried Tomatoes
– Handful Spinach
– 250ml Double Cream (low fat)
– 25g Low fat cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Season your chicken breasts with salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning, To a pan add 10ml Olive Oil and place in your chicken breasts on medium heat for 3-4 mins each side until golden brown then set aside.
To the same pan then add 1/2 onion, 200g of sliced sun dried tomatoes, 1 crushed clove of garlic and give this a good stir, then add 1 handful of spinach and continue to stir until the spinach starts to wilt, then add 250ml of low fat double cream and 25g of low fat cheddar cheese until all melted, add in your chicken breasts and drizzle over the sauce!
