📌OCTOPUS SALAD
Eating a good seafood salad is common in Centre and Southern Italy.
It’s a colourful, healthy and delicious dish, good in every season of the year.
I always prepare my salad with frozen octopus.
Cooking and preparing frozen octopus always results better and tastier, the freezing process breaks down the fibers inside the octopus making it more tender and easier to cook, and giving it the best texture.
Ingredients list: for 4 persons
2 frozen octopus (about 600 gr each)
1 large potato
150 gr black olives
2 stalks of celery
1 clove of garlic
Salt
4 tbsp Olive oil
