For the pasta dough, I always use 1 large egg for every 100 grams of flour, plus some olive oil and salt. Also my first time using a ravioli template which I will be using from now on. All the flavors worked! My Filipino mom said “I can’t believe you cooked this!”

    Wow, that looks so freaking good. I’m Italian and love fusion foods so much. I’ll never understand the backlash. Food brings us all together, and no dish or idea should ever be judged.
