This is why I’d rather go where the locals go chill and bond with them like a local not a tourist..
This doesn't make sense. You go to the restaurant to eat something you don't cook at home. Italians cook at home. So it makes more sense that "local" restaurants are actually more touristy than the ones that have multi-regional menus.
