APEROL SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS:
1 x rock glass filled with ice
Aperol (this is an Italian spirit which can be found at all good liquor stores)
Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
Soda Water
Fresh orange slice

UTENSILS:
1 x rock glass
1 x straw

METHOD:
1. Fill a rock glass with ice
2. Pour 30ml Aperol
3. Add 60ml Prosecco
4. Pour a dash of soda water on top
5. Garnish with a thin slice of orange
6. Put a short straw inside, swirl it around to mix the ingredients.
7. ENJOY with one of my recommended sides:
a. Bread sticks and olives
b. Carrot and celery sticks served with mayonnaise or dip
c. My FAVOURITE Vincenzo’s Plate Tuna Pasta Salad
