A Russian citizen was killed in a shark attack near a beach at the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Hurghada on June 8. An eyewitness filmed the moment of the attack. Egypt’s Environment Ministry said in a statement posted on Facebook that a tiger shark was responsible for the death of a beachgoer, without giving details of the victim. The statement also said a team from the ministry and other authorities was able to capture the shark.

A little boy got into the belly of a shark. This is a lesson for everyone who swims too far from shore. The hungry shark is ruthless.
I will never understand why people go into wild animals' territories in the first place, especially when the habitat is completely unknown and there isn't any effective help nearby. A few minutes' adrenaline rush can turn into a nightmare within seconds. A shark encounter is extremely rare but why take chances? Wanna swim? Just get into a frigging pool. It was a tiger shark, not a noble prize winner for peace. These apex predators are literally killing machines. What else do you expect? Such a wasteful death! It's unfortunate that both the 24 years old man and shark had to die. RIP.🙏🏻

You know what is the problem with this? Last year two women (austria+Romania) were killed in the same place. We can see that this summer bearly began and already someone was killed. We can also see that they took 0 measurments. They should buy a barrier/ underwater gate or Something with wholes so that only small fish to pass trough. But they don't care about people. All they want is the money from tourism.
After this i seriously can't imagine myself ever going sea swimming again, it must have been absolutely horrific for that poor guy – Only a minute but how long would that have felt like?
