DAAAMN. Great recipe. Quick question, why'd you add all that shi*ty seasoning to it. It's just dried herbs and fruits!
You can also add mire poix as a base (diced onion, celery, and carrot) with the garlic. Really stretches the sauce almost doubling it

Isnt Dan-O's sposed to be low sodium? Why add copious amounts of salt to your pasta water when you should be avoiding sodium altogether? (Unless you also take a potassium-sparing diuretic like Spirinolactone, and you have hypertension!!!)

You do a lot of salt in everything. That seasoning is 50 mg for 1/4 teaspoon. This is how you take cheap pasta and use you seasoning and make it expensive.
Let me guess, take some ingredients, put a half bottle of Dan O’s, cook it. Top it with a half bottle of a different Dan O’s, and it’s Dantastic. Love it

I wonder how many takes it took for him to not breathe in on accident and inhale the loose seasoning? It especially sucks if you're dealing with a pastry or dessert with powdered sugar.
If you would sell your seasoning in Western Europe (The Netherlands to be specific) I would buy it just to try if you really need half a jar of herbs and spices for a single meal. I'll never know until I try the Dan-O.
