For the crust, you will need:

1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
½ cup almond flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons ground flaxseed mixed with 6 tablespoons water)
Start by placing the cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice. Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes, then transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

Next, place the cauliflower rice in a mixing bowl and add almond flour, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and flax eggs. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the cauliflower mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a circle, about ½ inch thick. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings. Place the pizza back in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through and the cheese (if using) is melted.

And there you have it, a delicious and healthy vegan cauliflower pizza crust that you can enjoy anytime! Thanks for watching and happy cooking!
