So today I tried eating like I used to back in Italy for 24 hours. Why did I decide to eat Italian food for a day? Because the response to the full day of eating videos has been great & defo allows me to create content more frequently but to still make these iifym full day of eating videos special, I thought why not still hit my calories and protein but make them themed, in this case being a full day of eating Italian food bringing it back to my youth growing up in Italy so in a way, i ate like my former fat kid for 24 hours as you will see, most if not all of the Italian recipes & meals I used to eat as a fat kid back in Italy all revolve around a lot of fat & carbs with what you’d basically call a mini cheat day in itself every day

Anyway, as you have seen from my ig stories & recent cheat day and full day of eating vids, i do speak Italian as i grew up in Italy in Liguria from a diet based on pizza pasta, cereal, kinder, Nutella etc & I recently got suggested to implement more Italian into the vlog & full days of eating so why not just do a full 24 hours, full day of eating Italian edition where i ate everything i did as a fat kid

So out of some good full day of eating suggestions, I thought that this would be a great start to add a theme to the iifym full day of eating vlogs along with having you experience the most game changing transition I think I’ve ever done (courtesy of the parents lol). Correct, we flashed it back & actually managed to source some authentic Italian food not from Rome but from Treviso such as my favourite biscuits the pan di stelle & cereal nesquick which i used to eat every day as a fat kid

I can remember it clearly, a full day of eating as my former fat kid would include no clean foods but instead it would be a mostly fast food or convenience foods diet with cereals in the morning, focaccia, biscuits, panini & kinder for snacks, pizza, pasta or fried calamari for lunch & dinner but back then I didn’t care about diet or training so the bulking life was real

So I thought to myself, although I eat clean on a daily basis, why not substitute my staple meals with my former fat kid meals and re live my days in Italy showing what i eat in a day of my old Italian diet for 24 hours. Obviously carbs & fats would be far from my usual intake but I still managed to hit my protein & calories goal which is all that matters

We had a full day of eating without protein powder in my latest how to make perfect protein pancakes without protein video & the response was good so again, as these full day of eating β€œeditions” are far more realistic & require less prep like a cheat day, let me know if you want this series to continue with a full day of eating another diet other than my usual iifym day of eating so comment below what food challenge you’d like me to try incorporate into my full day of eating videos to still hit my calories & macros.

Again, I tried to bring back the vlog style to this one & completely change the game to what i think came out as a iifym full day of eating Italian food that you’ll be hard to find anywhere else on YouTube so stay tuned for some more game changing vlogs & full day of eating food challenges coming soon.
