Juicy Italian Sandwich

A perfect light snack! This Italian panini is so juicy and delicious, you won’t want to share. #shorts

Ingredients:
🔸1 loaf of bread
🔸2 tbsp olive oil
🔸80 g red pesto
🔸200 g mortadella
🔸100 g salami
🔸200 g mozzarella
🔸Sriracha sauce to taste (Recipe: https://youtube.com/shorts/8pVzlC-Yhwo )
🔸100 g cherry tomatoes
🔸50 g rocket
🔸Oregano to taste

👩‍🍳Instructions:

1. Cut the bread in half, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano to taste.
2. Toast the bread on a pan or grill in the oven.
3. Spread red pesto on one half of the bread.
4. Place mortadella and salami on top.
5. Add slices of mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with sriracha sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
6. Add cherry tomatoes and rocket. Cover with the other half of bread and serve.
