    Just started making pizzas about 2 months ago. Tried out a few different recipes until this version – changed it up with each attempt. Best round yet. 64% hydration, 24hr at Room Temp. Bianco di Napoli tomatoes. Classic Margs and a White Pizza with Prosciutto/Arugula/Balsamic Glaze.
